Patient Satisfaction Surveys
We have a schedule of patient satisfaction surveys running in the outpatients department. These cover patients' views on the overall working of the department and also specifically about each individual clinic.
This feedback is important to us and allows us to address issues that concern our patients. For instance, we will shortly be refurbishing the reception and waiting room to improve comfort and privacy.
If you are asked to complete a survey form please take your time to consider your replies. Our management team reviews the results (including comments by individual patients) of each survey and creates an action plan to address concerns.
In future, we will include the results of the surveys and our action plan to address concerns within the News section of this website.
